Forgotten your password or can't log in?
Use password recovery and enter the e-mail address you gave when ordering the report.
Password recoveryCharged by "VIN REPORTS" or getting subscription emails? That is not VIN-Info
VIN-Info does not sell subscriptions. A monthly charge described as "VIN REPORTS" (Nottingham) and emails about a subscription you never ordered do not come from VIN-Info. If you want that charge refunded, please contact your bank.

Check your spam folder. Your reports are also in your account – log in with the e-mail address you used for the purchase.
Where can I find a report I bought?
After payment you are logged in automatically and taken to your account. Later, log in with the e-mail address you gave when ordering – your account lists all purchased reports with their status.
How long is a report available?
A purchased report is available on the website for at least 30 days from the date of purchase.
The report contains incorrect or outdated data – what can I do?
Send us a complaint using the contact form (topic "Complaint"). Include the VIN and your order number. We reply within 14 days at the latest.
How do I get a VAT invoice?
Once you have received the report, you can order a VAT invoice in your account by entering your billing details. Invoices are issued electronically.
What does the free check before purchase show?
Before you pay, you can see which report sections are available for the given VIN. If a piece of information is missing from the free check, it will not appear in the report either.
